I am an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector CPI® and an InterNACHI® School graduate of the Home Inspector Certificate Program. All InterNACHI®-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® are required to pass an Inspector Exam every three years, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and complete 24 hours of accredited Continuing Education courses each year to maintain their membership and certifications in good standing.
